The New P&L’s Transactional to Transformational Leader programme has been specifically designed to provide today’s CEOs, senior managers and the next generation of business leaders with a range of practical leadership skills, tools, knowledge and insights to help them transform and drive their leadership forward with a firm purpose, a clear vision and a more aligned and coherent strategy for both personal and business growth.

We face truly seismic challenges in business today: from climate change to hybrid working, job insecurity to economic instability to global talent shortages and post-pandemic business debt. These are just a few of the many that will define the next decade for business leaders.  And, these challenges - and the many opportunities they also offer - require a cultural shift in the way we think, behave and act as leaders: a visionary shift towards truly transformational leadership.

Built on The New P&L’s own proprietary MANTRA Principle Leadership Methodology, the Transactional to Transformational Leader programme also draws on evidence and experience from across the business world, as well as the cumulative insights and intelligence gained by interviewing nearly 200 global business leaders and inspirational entrepreneurs on The New P&L – Principles & Leadership in Business podcast - a top 5% global business podcast.

This Transformational Leadership programme is available as either a series of weekly online sessions held online (on Zoom) or delivered face-to-face over two days at a client’s offices and facilitated by Paul Spiers, Founder and CEO of The New P&L Brand Purpose Institute. Each class will host a maximum of 10-15 people, providing all participating leaders with an in-depth learning experience and an opportunity to network with a cohort of highly motivated, purpose-led peers.
